If you're lucky enough to visit around noon on a Sunday, the keeper does a short tour inside of the lighthouse where you can climb to the top and get a great view of the Hudson.

The walk up to the lighthouse is surreal as if you are walking through the past. The views around the lighthouse are awesome. It makes for a fun detour on a long car trip.

You have to walk about a half mile to get there from land. Tide schedule listed at entrance to trail . Picnic area at lighthouse so bring wine and snacks and stay awhile!

Brandon F.

I assure it’s beautiful even though I haven’t technically been there due to high tide, but I’m gonna recommend it anyway.

Andrea

Beautiful place & have visited here many times. Would come here every day if I could.

Awesome B&B, but you need to reserve months in advance. The lighthouse keeper makes you the best breakfast in town .
