crazy crowded . stressed staff . we waited 45min for our table to be emptied, in the end we carried the dirty dishes to make space for ourselves. bar staff was grumpy. not a great experience.

Chain pub , but the interior decor is nice and proximity to Waterloo station makes it a good meeting place for groups.

Inventive cocktails , worth a visit BUT expensive so only stay for one or two.

When you order hot chocolate they serve a shot glass full of "smarties"

There are prices for all sorts of things on the drinks menu, but not the beers so you never quite know what sort if shock you'll get when you order that round...

We stopped by on the way from London Eye, not a good choice. The place is filthy and sticky, took forever for simple sandwiches /burgers to arrive, the food was below average

Clean , service was prompt and burger was ok.

This isn't a tip. The music is a touch too loud !

Very poor and unfriendly service, after half an hour we still had to ask two waiters before the dirty plates of the previous customers were removed. Cocktails were rubbish too.
