The coffee smells good! The chocolate pot baked soufflé melts in your mouth. The soufflé baked rice is a refreshing idea. The rice is not over baked. It's light in texture.
Souffle is worth the wait! It's a great place not just for the hand-drip coffee . She the pasta 's as good as you get from any Italian restaurant ! So try them all.
The fuwa-fuwa hoshino porcini risotto is SO. AWESOME. Please do yourself a favour and order one. Comfort food max. And some of their coffee hv refills at half price :) Polite servers too.
Loves d Hoshino spaghetti with eggplant , bacon , shimeji & sausage . Generous ingredients and spaghetti .
French Toast here is awesome! It will b better if there is option for ice cream to replace with cream.
Love the soufflé and macha softee . Coffee is not bad too. Will be back to try the mains and other desserts . Couldn't keep my eyes off the other neighbouring tables :)
The Lobster Bisque Spaghetti has good flavor but a smaller portion compared to the Pescatore Pasta !
So far... the hoshino spaghetti is a must have! Matcha souffle too. Servings are bigger than most pasta restaurants . Not enough manpower so the service is slow. Don't order icecream during peak hours.
Pasta is better than the soufflé . Salmon wasabi is cream-based but not too thick, and I like the lobster pasta .
I had the Pancake with Mango .. it was amazing. However the pancake was not as hot as I would have liked it to be. But the taste was out of this world
Seasonal: [Haru Natsu Pancake Soufflé S$14.50] - some love their pancakes , some dislike. I personally don't like their pancakes .
If u loves cheesy rice , u must try the Fuwa-Fuwa Hoshino Souffle ! Fluffy, cheesey and sinful!
Their service has picked up. A must despite alittle waiting... the Pot Souffle . Simply divine.
Bad service might be a thing of the past. It was prompt and attentive when I visited. Chocolate fondant/lava was soft, warm, gooey -- excellent!
The fuwa-fuwa is a must try for the souffle perfection action going up top. Extremely filling tho.
Desserts , namely their original French toast , for the purists!
Seating staff insisted that the dessert be served together with the main course, even when I requested him not too. Citing long preparation time. Big guy with crew cut. Major turn off.
coffee addicts: try their drip coffee ! cold version served in a copper cup to retain the temperature till the end of the meal!
Happy to be back for the awesome hoshino spaghetti :) Service level improved and more staffs to handle the waiting crowd now:)
The French toast is to die for. Soufflé good but not great - still worth a try though. Would recommend this place.
Got to try their coffee . Really fragrant and rich. Step aside Starbucks!
Vanilla souffle is definitely worth the wait! Crack open the crispy crust to reveal an egg tart like interior.
The Vanilla Soufflé was too sweet for my liking ... Would like it cooked more... As it was too pudding like for me. The custard sauce had a strange essence (prob came out fr a box????)
A must have. The french toast is dense, fluffy and oh so tasty!
Matcha Soufflé - yummy but slightly on the sweeter side
Pescatore Pasta ... Came in a big plate !! No complaints from the kids!!
Nice tasting and pretty looking japanese pasta . But be prepared to queue!
The dessert here really look nice, but the taste is not exactly match with image. The flavor is not too strong then too bland. But the quality of ingredient is really nice.
Creamy tomato omu rice . The sauce was tasty but the eggs were hard abd overcooked. They used the same fried rice for practically all the rice dishes. Ma Maison's scrambled eggs much better.
Still acceptable, but quality of the food has gone down a lot over the years. Online ratings are misleading, they give diners offers/drinks for high online reviews.
Waited over half an hour for the fuwa fuwa (souffle baked rice ), but it's pretty worth it if you have the time.
The house coffee tastes good... But restaurant should serve raw/brown sugar...
french toast is good. cream isn't too cloying.
Chocolat Fondant with Softee is excellent!
Pancake and French toast for the sweet tooth! matcha soufflé is jaw dropping good...
Matcha Souffle a little disappointing as d green tea is bearly tasteable. But super fluffy.
The Fuwafuwa & tomato cream Omu rice were great! :)
Japanese hoshino coffee ! Pasta is really japanese tastes.
Service staff isn't necessarily attentive to customers: forgotten order, forgotten to take orders. The souffle baked risotto is hardly a risotto . Place meets minimum expectations for Japanese Italian.
Coffee and cake was good but to wait for almost 30 minutes for lava cake .
Attentive service. Floor crew gave us a complimentary softee upon seeing ours become a puddle.
They don't serve main courses (Rice & spaghetti dishes) before 11.30am. Only sandwiches , coffee , soufflé , if you are early.
Must try this !! So good !!
Seriously disappointed. Waited 25mins and got the waiter to check on my order and was told to wait another 10mins. Really? wasn't even crowded . And they didn't know how to even serve us water.
Prefer Nana over this. Souffle is ok but it will be great if they provide some butter along side the maple syrup .
Desserts , get the desserts ! Especially the soufflé !
The pot curry baked rice is not bad. The chocolate parfiat is just mouth watering.
Delicious dessert
The baked curry rice is fantastic! Quite pricey though.
Matcha soufflé is da bomb !
Smoothies corner is loved!!!! It's healthier choice as they uses low fat yogurt!!! Yum yum yums - ????Jojoty????
Love their original Royal Pudding, light and easy on the tummy, especially for an after meal treat! - Celine Ong
