They always make gin martinis well here, even new bartenders I havent seen before. They know what wet, dry, perfect, and dirty mean.

Not especially "customer friendly " on my last visit. Wouldn't honor the FourSquare special they've promoted for $1 off your 1st cocktail . It's $1 so not that big of a deal to me, but kind of rude...
Won't honor their foursquare special. Very misleading and the service here is very hit and miss. Have been over charged for drinks numerous times.
Go downtown. The only reason to go Cliffs is the kamikazes . And South makes terrible kamikazes .
