Prime Rib is out of this world! We ordered the Centercut Sirlion this visit before its gone.
If you order the Victoria's filet medium, you will get a thinner cut of meat and it won't look like a filet.
The remodel left everything a bit cramped, but there are more tables, so the wait times have been cut down a little.
