This is a typical American Chinese restaurant where everything is fried- not authentic Chinese. If you want sweet and sour pork that is deep fired with canned pineapple and a cherry on top then enjoy
The General Tso's Chicken is fantastic. Eat it at the restaurant to ensure it is crispy . The spare ribs and shrimp toast appetizers are very tasty. Everything is hand made ;) This place is a gem.
