Good experience with this 4 star hotel . Good hotel management with good hotel facilities . Close to the Kinta Riverfront Walk where u can enjoy recreational activities. Nice room too.

Aikk, why my experience is different from others? Comfy room , spacious (superior room) high water pressurr, breakfast is nice, lots of food. Will to come again if there's promotion.

The swimming pool ; somehow its design is uniquely pleasant. In the morning until noon, it is nicely shadowed by the hotel 's tower.

Top floor views are good! Friendly staffs but check in time at 3pm, so plan well .

Spacious room in the town . Walking distance from KTM Ipoh station with great connectivity of ETS service from Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel wanted so much to install Unifi but then the Telecom said that the coverage only located at their spectrum & radar from telecom right up to bercham area n to jelapang.

Spacious and comfortable place to stay in. Despite the slow lift, staff are friendly and helpful.

Patrons of the apartment should park at the A & B lots at the basement car park . Lot C is far away from the service lift straight to the apartment

Reading those negative comment,now i think they gettibg improve. The staff friendly ,nice rooms and the food delicious.

If you're staying in the apartment , you can't use the hotel 's gym and pool. You're only allowed to use the apartment 's pool.

Silly parking system. U got to park yr car outside, check in 1st, thn only can drive ur car into car park . If not you have to pay for parking although u stay in. What a stupid system.

wifi very slow, can't load video at all. the carpet looks a bit dirty . the spring of bed is making noise. some people smoke and the smell come into my room. however shower is good.

Previously.. after 10 years only now they materialize TO SHOOT FROM THEIR PLACE TO JELAPANG. That is why not that hotel dont want to install fat wifi ..

The lift. You'll die trying to get the lift to stop at your floor.

the 2 room apartments are good. N comfortable but the service need to be improved.. Cannot call house keeping or room service . Extra pillow charge RM10

The rooms were decent, but no hair dryers ? Function rooms are bad. Faulty air-cond, noisy elevators , think twice before you held an event here. The only good thing is, parking is charged at RM1.00

Agree with previous tips. Housekeeping of this hotel really can't make it. Bathroom corner full of hair. Tea table full of dust.

Hotel room smells musky. Table, bed and floor dirty . Dusts swept to the corner of room! Will never return! ????
