Noshed the Wood-Roasted Vegetable Pizza at Brixx Wood Fired Pizza: I can't believe how good this pizza is. Ask for #vegan cheese if desired. The regular and wheat crusts are both vegan .
Lots of recent changed to their menu. But don't be scared, Brixx still serves the same top quality as they always have. Brixx remains my fav spot at Birkdale!
Nice wood fired pizza , tastes good. I recommend their pomodoro pasta as well .
