Hotel standard is quite good. But elevator should have air-condition. In summer using it's like extreme adventure. Breakfast are good with multi choose . Staff is very helpful. Beds are comfortable .

Towels smell incredibly nice. I recommend taking a room with shower stall because bathtubs are poorly designed and water appears on floor. Generally, all is great, quiet , staff attentive. Recommended!

Been there for an business meeting. Atmosphere of decades ago. If it’s your taste, just visit the hotel .

Lone elevator is slow, needs upgrade. Lobby is the nicest part, everything else seems dated. Salt cave is nice but you need a reservation (don't let it be your deciding factor for choosing this hotel )

Noisy - you can hear guests in other rooms and in the corridor. Wifi is unreliable and unprotected.

The service in the restaurant is awful. The food was great but we waited for almost 55 MINUTES for dessert . The restaurant was almost empty and the staff pretended like we (and others) were invisible.

Room of three people: 2 towels, 2 cups for coffee , 2 glasses. The room is tiny, the breakfast is meagre. No more toilet paper at my return the last day. It's not a real 4 stars...

The worst reseptionist I've ever met - Gabriela.I don't even know where to start, but the most awful thing was that one of our rooms WASN'T CLEANED at the time of 16:00. And she didn't even apologize!

Večeře: zveřinová paštika, nevyrazná chuť. V kombinaci s třemi druhy tuhého (ranního) pečiva nic moc. Krkovička a šťouchané brambory, vepřová panenka na pepři- dobrá volba.Snídaně: velký výběr,super.

Jedlo je skvele!! V restauracii je dobra atmosfera, aj ked pre milovnikov zivych zvierat, trochu desiva:) Obsuha kus pomylena ale vdaka jedlu som bola ochotna to ozeliet.
