Spend the time to walk around and see the slave cabins , overseer's house, kitchen, blacksmith, privy, etc.--all real. An outstanding display of material culture . Highly recommend.
This Museum is located on the Burden Plantation, which is a 40-acre agricultural research experiment station. Contributions are made by various cultural groups in LA through interpretive programs.

Best part is the planetarium movie/show thing. Other than that this museum won't rock your world. They have student discounts so I guess it's worth it. - Rhay Fe
