I love the rum choux pastry so much. It has strong flavour and aroma. The cream is so soft. The buns is tasty.
Despite what Epicurina Indonesia said about Soes Merdeka, you'll never find the taste of the signature soes like this anywhere else. period.
Their Soes cake used to be a signature dish of Bandung, however the hype has faded and they have no more champion. Their cakes & pastries are still good and well priced though.
