The iced coffee is never strong like it should be.Customer service is lacking.When I asked for a remake of my drink one barista complained to another that I am just too picky!Ty sara 4 doing your job!

I agree with many of the other posters. WORST SERVICE EVER! Wouldn't even give us water with our coffee . Take a dollar from the tip jar and say it's for the bad service (not really, but you get it)!
