Awful staff ! Wanted cash in advance, cards were not accepted. Ocean is dramatically bad, just for children and old ones-the reef spoils everything. No beach . Facilities were ok but we left after 2 day
Room a/c broke down spare bed collapsed while sleeping tons of staff but little service room for improvement
Uga Bay is the best hotel on the east coast. I really enjoyed my vacation here! Superb beach, no waves in the ocean, spacious rooms and excellent staff. The food was perfect - all dishes were delicios - Lina Verner
