Perhaps take a taxi to and from at night... The hotel is in a spot directly opposite Fukuoka's red light district. Not located close to anywhere except that district and the Canal City shopping mall .

The warm hospitality shown by the Hyatt staff reminds us why this is our home away from home whenever we are in Fukuoka !

Chk in and lobby staff always helpful. Even goin to help u carry Yr shoppin bags for u. The Japanese warmth and Hospitality . Rms nice, clean n spacious .

The mattresses are a bit harder and pillows a bit thinner than one would expect in the only 5 star hotel in town

Most expensive hotel in Fukuoka , but worth the price in site, room size & service.

Feeling (and smelling) a bit worn. Convenient to Canal City . Service is still top notch.

Putting a Yukata in the room (like any other hotel in japan do) would have added that touch of Japanesiness... pity they don't do. it's just a normal international hotel . no soul.

Has a well equipped gym for fitness go-ers. Gym is free but you gotta pay for the pool & sauna .

All services of Club olympus is free for Club Stays. It is worth to pay.

there are only a few chairs at the lobby space. the ordinary room is small. don't have expectation too much.

No chef here. So you can't order omelet for breakfast .
