Excellent hiking trails and outstanding, unique scenery in Thorsmark Nat'l Park . Dinner at LavaGrill is basic but quite tasty. Friendly staff too
This place is great. Rent a Defender so you don't have to wuss out and require the caretaker to pick you up because you can't ford the river .
An oasis after a long hike . Solid food, hot coffee , cold beer and some supplies.
Soup , salad and bread for lunch . Stopped here on a small hiking tour . Highly recommended!
At the end of Fimmvorduhals, walk from Basar. Cross the rivers via footbridge

When in Basar, cross a footbridge. Once in Langidalur, follow the signs. It’s worth the walk - Saxow Boy
