This is a bagel pop up shop at Paulie Gee’s. You must get their bacon , egg , cheese & latke sandwich on Chicago bagel . Also get their pizza bagel & shakshuka morning bun !
BEC&L (bacon egg & cheese & latke ) was excellent. This place is very slow thou; I got in line at 845, ordered at 940 and got food at 10.
The coffee slushee is delish but rich, and the BEC+latke is unreal especially on a spicy everything bagel .
The chicken schnitzel was incredible, super flavorful with a bright little cucumber salad in the pita
Ordered a LEO on a Chicago everything bagel w/ heat. The sandwich part was delish and was a great blend of flavors.Unfortunately the bagel itself is chewy and too hearty for my taste.

The cookies slap. The whole wheat bagels slap. Very slapped when I go to Edith’s.
The bagels were too hard for my taste. The other sandwich options were amazing.
