Unique atmosphere, friendly servers , good food. They serve sides family style and allow you to have seconds and thirds if you are adventurous. Sunday and Thursday can be busy.

Ask for the Italian (not vinaigrette ) dressing - it is legendary! Mashed potatoes and okra are classic favorites. Pumpkin & blueberry mini-muffins are also excellent. All of it for a reasonable price!

Pot roast is always good. Last time I had Shrimp n grits . Pretty good but kind of small, but you can get a half order of something else included if you ask.

Yummy southern home cooking . Always have free cornbread , rolls, and mini muffins . Portions are generous. Ingredients are locally grown . The website lists the day's menu specials by 10:15am.

The food is outstanding and out of this world good. However, the service was really really slow and we were rushed out at the end of the meal by the server even though we were planning on dessert .

Cucumber dressing in all you can eat salad - order an entree and you can get seconds of anything on the menu same price or less. This I'd better than yo grandma food!!

Beautiful patio but, Food was bland (not enough salt). Banana Pudding tasted like baby food? Salad and rolls were very good. Very disappointing ☹️

If you are an adult and do not want to be seated in a McDonald's Playland-like room, you have to make it clear as they seat you. Otherwise, they believe EVERYONE loves kiddie chaos.
