В печи для пиццы стали использовать газовую горелку. Теперь во вкусе пиццы появились нотки продуктов сгорания газа. На дровах было вкуснее. Это как фламбирование - газовой горелкой, тот же привкус

Теперь это наш любимый итальянский ресторан на Самуи. Отличный сервис, и все очень вкусно, только не понравилась пицца солями, остальное все супер.

Кухня прекрасна. И всем, кто хочет отдохнуть от азиатской кухни , сюда. Но не более. Ресторан далёк от итальянского гостеприимства. Это место позор для Италии , а хозяин не может называться Итальянцем.
