A good airport terminal . Despite being small and ujder staffed, you still get good service and the staffs work really hard. Lots of eateries and its buzzing all day round.

In case u forgot to buy ur baggage allowance earlier (for AA), you can buy at the counter, RM75/15kg for domestic and RM105/15kg for international. Better rates than excess baggage

Just before the Departure Gates, don't forget to stock up on your Tenom Coffee is your a coffee lover. Really good rates!

You need to come as early as 3 hours earlier to check in and baggage drop during peak time. This place is seriously packed.

Don't forget to contribute your Mykad (with the Immigration Slip - IMM.114 Slip if you're a West Malaysian) or Passport or DPT together with your boarding pass to the Immigration Officer.

Buy at the counter. If they say "please sit first, we will take your order"...that means they will never take your order. Sitted 20 minutes without anybody asking. Then went to Dunkin Donuts .

Passengers power points are available at level 2. Some are functioning while some aren't. Anyhow, it is freaking hot here. Not a very customer friendly airport to me. 'touch n go'.

Make sure your travel document is valid for more than 6 month if you are going to overseas

Small n crowded . The MAS airport is so nice! Very few shops, so better eat before coming here...

Probably the worst airport in Malaysia. Poorly manage & as a Sabahan I am embarrassed our most active airport looks like crap. The toilet & facilities are not fit for civilise human being..

Looks like bus station ! KL bus station is better than here! Super crowded & low class ! International airport ?? WTF! -.-

The terminal is just way too small and too crowded ... This is especially evident when there's flights being delayed, the terminal is jam packed with people...

Remember just 1 hand carry can be carry on board n weight not more than 7kg..
