The lamb was soft n juicy.. puree a few roast vege , right amount of greens. Wouldn't call it cheap - was value for money . Staff friendly and helpful without being in your face. Clean & comfortable .
We had the side dish of charred seasonal vegetables which contained the most delicious asparagus I've ever had. Also had the seared fish with sesame seeds . Above average food overall. Quite good.
Classic breakfast for lunch scenario! Try the sausage & poached egg with green beans and potato & bacon hash . So yum. Cos side was delicious too!
The passion fruit meringue tart and a glass of prosecco was plan absolute delightful combination. As always, exceptional service ! ????????????
The lamb I had was soft n juicy, on a plate with puree a sprinkling of cheese and about as much greenery as I like to eat. Choc Chilli Cocktail - mmmhmmm.
The place has a really great vibe, the staff is really helpful. We just had coffee and some pastry - both were good. The only downside is that the tables are really close to each other.
very cute atmosphere, great coffee and fresh juice options; try the fried eggs and macaroons !
Recommendation: fried eggs with asparagus

Great brunch with sea views. Nice interior, the best of the cafes along the bay in my opinion. - Thomas Corbett
One of Auckland’s great cafes with interesting ‘grammable food but the unsung hero is the coffee (from Camper Coffee) - try their filter if you get the chance, it’s always top drawer - Lewy Jones
In spring/summer, you'll see more roses than everywhere else in NZ. Back the cottage, you'll enjoy a small park with view on the port, an impressive and huge pohutukawa and plenty of parakeets. - Lucie Carlach
