Good rooms! Finally the 21s hotel are leveling up. They also have business center in the lobby--most convenient for people on business trip .

The rooms are new/ recently refurbished thus giving their guests an ideal environment to rest.

Food finds at the hotel : Diet Delight salad and Jill's chopped salad . Order the Death by Chocolate cake too! To die for.

Worst customer service I ever had.No smiles if you get room service .Also wanted to pay in installments; receptionist won't even let me.policy not to let customers swipe their c.card multiple times.

So gross! I laid in bed for a while but under the covers a sticky substance with hair was in the sheets! I really hope it's not sexually related sticky substance.
