Starbucks kiosk inside Safeway? Convenience for consumers to get a cup of coffee while doing their grocery run.
Ordered a tall soy chai and it was mostly foam, I had ten sips and it was done, not big sips either.
Not quite a full Starbucks- you can't redeem free drinks here :-(
