Rooms are well appointed, located in Porto Gaia, across the river from Porto. Inconvenient if you want to be able to stroll & explore Porto by foot. You will need a taxi get to center of Porto.
I mistakingly wrote a negative review on TripAdvisor before giving the hotel the chance to manage it but they saw it and were quick to fix all issues and presented great management & customer service.

This is not up to the usual standard of holiday inn 4star hotels . Very poor breakfast . Empty trays not being refilled. No plates. No milk . Eggs cooked days ago like rubber poor broadband.
Room facilities poor. No tea/coffee or biscuits . No iron. No minibar. Noisy aircon. Restaurant food not good. My cod had so many bones

O hotel é kids friendly. Tem berço e colocaram chaleira elétrica para esquentar água da mamadeira, sem eu sequer pedir. Muito bom! Sem contar o restaurante : bife molho mostarda .
