The staff is friendly , and the hostel is designed with good intentions. I did feel that the guests staying there during my stay where grouped up, inconsiderate, and not tidy at all.
All rooms are beautifully presented with made-up beds, towels and complimentary toiletries making it feel much like a hotel when it comes to bedtime. Read more

This big drab 200-bed hostel on Taranaki Street is out-dated and the dorms are cramped giving you a claustrophobic feel and the bathrooms are quite simply falling apart and downright filthy. - hostelcritic.com
