Great lively area full of shops and restaurants and nearby to the Old Port , Old Montreal and Theatre areas of Montreal. Check out the patisseries and get some great Chinese food here :)
Busy and lively couple of blocks with shops (exotic groceries , Chinese/Vietnamese bbq/pastries and nicnacs) and restaurants . Good for a walk, some shopping, quick lunch , dinner or dimsum .
Supposedly this is the smallest Chinatown in North America. Still fun to explore and lots of good restaurants to check out.
The best Chinese restaurants are on the South Shore these days, but there are still a few great finds here.
So many restaurants to chose from! Get some Chinese bread and a bubble tea and enjoy!
Very nice quarter. Come here to see the Chinese community and eat some delicious food.
Not really big but this place is full of Chinese stuff from restaurant to tea shop and an orthodox Kung fu school called Nam Anh Shaolin Kung Fu
got nowhere to eat late at night? for xmas? nye? national, religious & civic holidays? good ol' chitown has got you covered; real azns never close. unless it's cny. in which case, GONG HEI FAT CHOI!!!
Hours here are very strange. Some places open early, others late, nearly all close at night. Nothing like Toronto or Vancouver Chinatowns
from dim sum to Chinese medicine shops, there is something for everyone here
Tiny store that ONLY sells Dragon Beard Candy . It's on the south side of De La Gauchetier, west of St-Laurent. Put the whole piece in your mouth and let it melt. Yum.
Go to the patisseries and drink a bubble tea .
Get some shrimp or pork dumplings at Poon Kai take out (NOT THE BUFFET ) and eat them outside on a sunny day on the wooden seating area.
Very small Chinatown, but there are some gems here. The friendship gate is one of them.
Cool Chinatown in Montreal!
Every store seems to sell bubble tea ! Awesome!
Nice asian grocery store on Saint-Laurent.
#1 place for Holidays! & more!
Try out Noodle Factory it's Bomb!
Dress your most casual if going for mongolian hot pot because you are gonna stink coming out
Useless for bicycle parking but otherwise great!
Rest Hong Kong on St. Laurent - try it
Good place for a quick lunch on St-Laurent: Cali (# 32) or Cristal #1 (#41 pork )
World of bubble tea
I find where ever Yu go in Chinatown they are 10 times more expensive a real tourist trap
If you need to take a dump , go to the second floor Holiday Inn
Small area.
