The atmosphere in this branch is different compared to their KLCC restaurant . The people here are less courteous. Still, the food here is superb and perfect for those who can afford it.

I read so many bad comments here, but the cheese burger , Ben's house salad , and butter bread pudding was really good. The service was also fast and good. Will come back again.

Prices have gone way up but the quality of the food and quantity of the portions are still consistently satisfying. Get the spicy creamy tomato spaghettini , mushroom lasagna and banoffee sundae .

A nice restaurant like Ben's should really have a well trained waiters/waitresses. Seems like they're not interested on doing their jobs.

Ben is no longer associate with delicious cos he sold his share, and went on to open plan b. Staff passionate in cooking is because ben wanted them to. Good food takes time, can't rush it.

100%overpriced. The parmesan/truffle fries just like McD's fries w/ very little bit of cheese & no trace of truffle flavor at what so ever for RM17. Chicken avocado sandwich really hard & dry.

The Big Nasi Lemak is bad. The rice is too dry, and the chicken rendang is plain. The nasi ulam also is worst. The chicken percik is tasteless. The chicken chop and spag aglio olio are nothing special
