This is the best hotel I've ever been. Clean , comfortable , awesome design and personnel is very friendly and helpful. We felt really zen in this place. :) I would definitely recommend this hotel .

The staff here was so great. Nymeria was afraid on the elevator at first and they were very patient. She got snacks whenever she went to the lobby. Close to the Common and great rooms. Will return

Great location near Boston Common, Old City Hall and good eats. Try Highball Lounge for a drink and don't forget the free wine happy hour at 5p.

Great location right next to Boston Commons. Rooms are on the dark side, and the beds are comfortable .

There was a slight problem upon check in with room and without even having to complain they upgraded us to two connecting rooms, the second free of charge, instead of one. Awesome hotel .
