Great location, 10 minutes walk from Duomo, breakfast is average though and their aircondition was generally set to super cold so both me and my wife got sick! You can ask at the lobby to disable!
I wouldn't recommend it if you have asthma or any allergy to dust. Their carpets are probably over a hundred years so it took me 3 seconds to figured it out because I felt it in my lungs.
