The place is best visited for a quiet and serious workout before 6pm. After that grps start cmg in and it gets crowded . Not to forget bumping into asshole who take the liberty of classifying the crowd
All basic facilities as compared against other branches in city , but good staff and trainers .. Ideal for serious fitness enthusiast.. For better crowd, go to nearby Air Studio.. ;)
For some reason the sales folks dont know that many other gyms have similar equipment. They claim only they have hoist and star trac equipment...pity their knowledge

The gym is good and all! But women should definitely try the pedicure at their spa! Ask for Spa Therapist - Sangte. Life becomes good again :) - Shweta Shahade

Cafe has a good ambience, i recommend you to have a outside seating. U can have a double decker sandwich, iced tea and black coffee. Rest hot chocolate is not that good. - Chinmay Rothe
