Go on a Wednesday or Thursday morning. Hardly anyone there. I always get in and out.

One of friendliest facilities in the area to get your stuff done.

If you go first thing in the morning around 730am, bring you a chair to sit outside and you will get fast and friendly service .

Go in the morning. We were in and out in 15 min.

Don't fret if you're running close to closing time. You can still get in up to 5pm or even a little after

Website says the facility opens at 8, but it opens at 8:30.

The lines are shorter than the downtown location !

Even when the line is out the door it moves quickly.

Its always a long line and they never call your number in order....

Don't go during their lunch hour. Usually it is 9am to 5pm.

They don't take Visa! Debit or credit!

It's better to go to 69 W. Washington....no line , no waiting!

Service has gotten better

Very slow service. The flashlight cop is very ignorant and rude. I will continue to utilize the downtown location instead. These people pay to use this facility and to be treated rudely is wrong!

This is the worst place to come.. The employee's r so darn rude.. Midlothian is so much better!
