Onde-onde is good, definitely need to try that. Had the Phoenix meal set- food was really good although it was a tad bit spicy for me. The soup that came with the set was a little too salty as well .

People here are multilingual and friendly ! Must try the beehoon siam, ondeh2, apam balik durian , bingka ubi and kuih tai tai. Absolutely delicious that they have brought me to tears.

Arrived around 12.30pm on a Friday and the variety of kuihs were very few. They operate 10am - 3pm and so far they have not been very consistent with their varieties so you just have to try your luck

Its dessert is quite find but not outstanding except the pandan ondeh ondeh which is really good. I think too many crazy Singaporean patronage this shop without good reason !

Landmarks . When driving along Jln Tengkera fr town , look out for the white mosque on ur right, & a "Baba Charlie" sign on ur left

All nyonya delicacies done well and more flavorful than other ordinary ones. Try out your usual and you may be surprised with some twist or extra spices.

Get the yam cake if its available. It's good! Kuih bongkong , only available in Malacca is also special. Tau foo fah texture like kuih with Gula Melaka .

They have large varieties of nyonya kueh and biscuits .... onde2, angku kueh and pai tee/top hats to name a few you shld never miss.

Give it a try for Kuih BongKong !only available in Melaka ~ it's a type of nyonya kuih made by gula Melaka and it taste like bean curd .

Here is the best nyonya kuih in the town . Dun consider others, straight come to here. One piece of kuih cost RM1. Is a bit pricy , but worth for the quality

We liked the ondeh2, ayam rendang and the sambal . Give the kaya a miss though, too sweet and not eggy enough.

Small road : D journey 2 d shop is half d fun! Turn off Jln Tengkera & u end up in a tiny lane. Careful if u drive a family-sized MPV. Watch ur side mirrors!!

Best nyonya kueh made by real baba & nyonya . The actual location is a small road opposite the Masijd Tanah Tengkara. Is a house.

If u Sunday come must come before 2pm, coz all the kuih normally will sold out before 2pm.. XD taste very nice..^^
