アメリカ合衆国領事館として 1880 年に竣工した木骨煉瓦造の建物で、市内に残る異人館としては最も古い。阪神・淡路大震災で倒壊したが 1998 年に復元。コロニアルスタイルのベランダ と、屋根上に設けられた 2 つのペディメントが印象的。
雰囲気、焼きたてのバゲット、パスタ とスイーツがおすすめ。メイン は前菜 、スープ 、肉 魚 ともに普通レベルなので、パスタランチ か旧居留地 のお散歩のご休憩にどうぞ。
ケーキ が有名なお店ですがここのパリパリのパン が美味しい！このパン 目的に通ってます(笑) パン も販売して欲しい！！
