Odd...Quick stop for a book for road trip so I wasn't worried about renewing membership. She asks for telephone number anyway, types it in, then says "oh it's expired." BUT DOESN'T OFFER TO RENEW IT!

Not the best B&N for good customer service. Select staff members are really aggressive and snobby. My advice, go to the Lakewood b&n or the Oly Borders.

This an outlet for all the unsold books from the regular Half Price bookstores in the area. Good selection of books, but books are randomly placed within categories so you have to hunt for titles. - Lars Larson
