You cannot attend a "best SPA " or whatever top rated service and leave the pool in such condition. The quality of the message they offer you with the swimming voucher is "no comment".

I wouldn’t come back. The pool is big, but there are only 3 showers nearby with ice cold water.. how are you supposed to take a shower before swimming ?

Overpriced for the service offered. There is a gym inside for the hardcore ones.

Много зле, петте звезди са без никакво покритие! Залата за масаж беше студена, пейките в сауната счупени, вратата на едната от двете тоалетни не се затваряше, сешуарът беше мизерен, шумно от деца...
