Following the shoreline of Lake Maury is the 5 mile Noland Trail. Dedicated as a gift from the Noland Family in 1991 and with significant ongoing financial support from the Noland Family, the trail has 14 bridges, picnic areas, benches, handicap access, and mile markers.

Great spot only minutes from Hampton , York County , Poquoson. Its a great nature trail that really shows off the wildlife of the area.

The entire hike is 5 miles with the first exit at about 2.5 miles. Not for small children unless you are prepared to carry them.
The very best trail in Hampton Roads ! Lots of traffic because of its challenging hills and beautiful scenery !
Best "hilly" run in the peninsula. Find the great blue heron in the water around the mile 2 marker!
