When I first got my iPhone it was quick and painless process.. To later find out that the best buy person that set up the iPhone chose the wrong plan didn't ask me anything. Went back it got fixed :)

Need help? Just ask - employees are super helpful & friendly . Got exactly the monitor & connectors I needed, at best possible cost. AND they let me do test setup before leaving. AWESOMENESS!

Comcast reps are in the store! Nice to have face to face interaction and sign up for service in the store. Check them out!

Just spent over an hour there and had at least 4 employees walk past us and were standing around never askex us if we needed help! So much for getting a new tv !
