The front desk staff are all really nice and helpful, but Toya really went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed and kept an eye out for me until I returned (alone and by foot) from dinner .

Daniel was the perfect example of hotel staff . He quickly checked us in and ensured that we knew about the area. Also, Teddy was great! He made sure we had breakfast before we went to our room.

Elevators (or lack there of) are only a problem if you have a lot of heavy stuff, which I did. Rooms are nice and clean . Staff helpful. First cool day and they had the heat on fire in the halls....

They are starting renovations in July that will include a bistro , Starbucks and rooms. Also adding elevators !!!

Rooms are newly remodeled. The staff is great and go above expectations.
