The cement walls and exposed brick give industrial feel but public spaces and guest rooms are very comfortable . Rooms on the pool side are very loud at night and more on weekends. Hotel bar is pricey .

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS HOTEL . WORTH EVERY DOLLAR. Chic , fab, totally super cool NY SOHO vibe but without the snobbyness. Rain showers , reasonably priced room service . Andy Warhol type artwork throughout.

The service is great. No complaints. Love the decor and the bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in at any hotel .

This place needs WiFi !!! Very chill place to hang. Pool table is nice if conversation isn't exciting. Sushi is yum, and there is a drink called the cucumber cooler that is delish!

Enjoyed my stay! Be sure to take the NYLO van to and from the airport . It'll cost you half the price of a cab ride.

I understand converting an old building but don't build a hotel to look like a loft conversion.

This place is a tad too much into itself. The price is right though and if you use the correct magic words, you can knock about 1/3 off of your stay. Think about businesses that are nearby...

The beds are soooo comfortable . There's barely any "closet" space, so pack lightly. Food is fantastic.

Hotel is nice and I love the decor. Service at the bar sucked!! One bartender on a Saturday night who wasn't even apologetic just more annoyed it seemed that she had to help everyone.

Horrible exp! I was surrounded by yng kids who appear to live there. People coming and going at all hrs. I truly believe they sell drugs or are hookers. Mgmt told me I needed to move rooms!!!!!

Place is a knock off of a W or The Loft. Service is really bad and breakfast is a joke. Don't order the "Migas", it is basically nocho chips with scrabbled eggs .

Sushi rolls are incredible small and breakfast ? = not good at all.

Poolside service is a joke. No towels til 1 and 1 waiter for bar and pool. Service isn't their priority.
