Lots of BYGO specials. Good quality produce. Clean store , friendly staff . Like others said read the labels. Many prices require store card or "coins" you win for later puchases when checking out
I live in Virginia and shop here when I'm visiting family. I like the local/regional items I can't get down south. Good fresh seafood counter.
It's a bit pricey compared to other markets , but most of the things are fresh and the staff is caring.
Super close to my house but the gluten free section is pretty much garbage, non existent
