Poor, poor service. It took 30 mins for our 5 regular halohalo and 2 butchi to reach our table. If we did not follow up a couple of times, it may took us an hour. Tsk.
We ordered water, they gave us a pitcher of it. We asked for glasses. One of the glasses had a lipstick mark. UGH.

Dont expect to be served with tissue/napkin. I think it is not part of their service. Baka nagtitipid.
