I agree with Victor, the hotel needs renovation! The food at the restaurant was OK, breakfast basic but fine. Close to the airport , friendly shuttle bus driver will welcome you times 20 (4 tips :-)

Excellent place to stay before leaving Cairo if you don't wanna go out and wanna stay close to the airport . There are swimming pool to relax and a comfortable bed .

Novotel is Novotel but this one needs too much to reach Novotel standards. Excellent location and moderate price are the advantages

One of my worst stays ..bad sevice , to get a water bottle in your room you have to wait 30 mins and request it twice!! .. they prevent delivery !!

The "Italian Restaurant " is a mess, Pizza looks like but tasted strange. I told it to the waiter , so i didnt have to pay for it. Rooms are good for one night, not more...

One of the worst Novotels. Basic amenities were lacking, breakfast spread is disappointing, and the only English Tv channel is CGTN.

The pool closes at 6pm, so get back early if you want to enjoy its beautiful waters.

At all not a 5 star hotel !
