One of the best customer service places I have ever seen. You do not have to fight to get a fair deal!
You will miss it if you aren't looking for it. Also, don't confuse this office for the cable store, that is across the street.
Customer service is slow. Once you get to the front desk and wait to pick up your modem, it's a longggg wait. Why? Because the customer service person was chatting/IMing on the computer for 5-10 min!
