Best Collard greens I've had in a long time. Hush puppies were good too. I liked the Brunswick stew ; my wife did not Very good BBQ , but that's a given, no?

According to locals, to make North Carolina BBQ authentic , you have to smother it in vinegar and Texas Pete 's. It's a totally different style, but they're right, it's delicious.

Hush pups, pork skins , lemonade , coleslaw are all amazing. The ribs may be the best I've ever had. And don't forget to have desert !
