Food actually tastes like its a cook out style. Yes it is a little greasy but very good and cheap ! The line moves pretty fast too. If you dont know what u want to eat look up the menu on the web.

If you don't know what you want look at their online menu b4 you get there otherwise you'll feel rushed to order when they ask you what you want while you're waiting in line ...service is excellent tho

If your in Va/Carolina region, you have to stop at one to eat. Amazing food at a very reasonable cost .

$5.21 for a delicious double cheeseburger , chicken quesadilla , hush puppies and a large drink . Cannot beet it for the money.

Everything great about this place except for the drive thru . I always have issue when I use the drive thru .

The combo meal is the best! 2 sides a large drink and a sand which for under $5!

a little taste of the carolina's in the hampton roads , just beware of the huge unorganized crowd that is sure to give you a head ache.

This is the 1st Cookout that I have been to and they have attendants in the lot directing traffic.

Since it's new the line to order is pretty long, after that your food comes quick.

Cashier took our order whilst barely speaking to us, no greeting or invitation to move forward. I felt like I was in a church with the urban gospel blaring on the radio . You get what you pay for.

The food is good, the only thing I take issue with is the price; its not high for the food, but higher than other Cook Out's I've visited.

Not a bad system to get the order taken while you're in 1 line . However, needs to be improved because it separates into 2 lines once at registers. So 2 ppl behind me paid and got their food before me.

The food is incredibly great.

Service was fast for how busy, but one of my orders came out wrong. My cheeseburger was completely tasteless. I felt like I was eating at my high school cafeteria . You definitely get what you pay for.

If you order a fancy (ie Reese's) shake , expect a bit if every candy mixed in with it. Careless preparation. Gross.

Milkshake is good but really thick.
