Difficult to find a good parking space and overall store is dirty with merch on the floors. Better off going to TJMaxx or Marshall's in Bellingham (same company as Winner's)

Sorry excuse of a store. Jewelry dept staff are rude. Store is a bloody mess. Check out the nail polish all over the store & the smashed products in discount bins in the cosmetics dept. Disgusting.
