The best burger I've had in a long time. This place isn't crowded as it just opened a month ago. I fully expect it to be crowded next year. Really good happy hour too.

Great burger . Build your own from the bottom up w/ anything from kangaroo to bison and beef , or try one of their signatures. Can't go wrong. Great beer list to top it off.

Love the customization, had a really great bison burger ! Was a little undercooked but that's better than overcooked. Super sweet staff , def coming back here!

Unfortunately the veggie burger is not vegan (egg binder) but I believe the black bean burger is. Regardless, it was huge and delicious.

kangaroo burger was tender and had rich marsupial undertones. Pencils to build your own burger could be sharper. Unusable. Straws were also a strange design and hard to use. Quite frustrating. 3.4/5
