Best time to shop is any day after 2100hrs when there's less people and faster check out using the self checkout lanes but occasionally there might be a regular check out lane open

Poor management all around . Would not frequent Kroger at all if options weren't so scarce . They should ask Bob Baesler for some tips !! Numerous complaints but #1 is poor management w poor skills .
