They charge delivery to my office which is within a km's distance, even when order is 2k or more. Their delivery person doesn't say the bill and takes all given money, and less than ordered was packed
Their plastic forks are of low quality, and quite a few times it would break while stirring, leaving pieces in food. Not a single time they said "ok, sorry, here's free anything to make up for this".
