The view is awesome.. this is a not very hidden gem close to Oslo city centre. You can get there by tram or just a walk up kjærlighetsstien.

Easy to get there by trams 18 or 19 from downtown. Went for the 3-course lunch-everything was perfect especially the leg of duck confit ! Great city view set against the glorious sun in autumn..luv it!

Tends to get full at mealtimes and weekends. Walk 20 metres down the road to the equally nice terrace with better food at Karlsborg.

Pro tip : get the six course tasting menu split two ways. It's 30% cheaper than two identical 3 course menus. Very well done albeit not totally creative Nordic food . Insane views of downtown.

Very nice food and the service was very professional

Scenery fantastic. Service not. Asked about vegetarians , they said we could have 6 course vegetarian menu . Turned out we couldn't. Waiter seemed to think overcharging ok, as it was only small amount.

You really, really should try this restaurant if interested in food, wine & architecture . And what a view !

Stay away from the cheese , dry and not very fresh. Overall good food but not as good as it is expencive. The head-waiter is a bit intense in his helpfullness.

God mat og selvfølgelig fantastisk utsikt , men litt uinspirert betjening og samlebåndspreg.

Fantastisk mat, kokken Diablo gjorde en bra jobb sjølv om han vart litt slitsom i lengden.
