Baguio Bagnet for dinner .. the pork belly itself has no taste.. I think it was not marinated.. #PadasBagoong is perfect for sauce & #TomatoRelish is good as salad .. the #Sinigang is SPICY !!
You would want to try their carabao yoghurt with either special jam or fresh fruit of your choice. Don't forget to ask for honey which seals the yummy taste.
Their shrimp in mango curry with spices on the side was superb! Also their tamarind juice , a rare juice to find. A great way to end your Baguio trip.
Ambiance is great, fresh aired , renovated design is modern, Food prices: ????Just the right charge, Food Rating: Pinikpikan (2/5), Bagnet (4/5) and Filet Mignon (5/5).
Although I cannot still understand why anybody would price a Bagnet at 340 freaking pesos, it was good. Plus points for food presentation. Another plus for the live band music in jazz for dinner .
Their steak had always been my favorite. Try Risotto Rita although their menu varies depending on the season. Also, treat yourself with their Chocolate Lava cake partnered with Lemongrass tea . Yum!
One of the best places to chill down in the downtown area. They have great food offerings especially the bagnet .
The Ruins Coffee .. theres an aftertaste of #cardamon .. mint flavor a little bit.. I guess most coffee lovers will love this same as me ????
Dont miss the ruins burger ! Bagnet ! Real winners! Dessert pavlova . Banana turon . Leche flan . Camote bread . 23yrs and still standing!
Ordered Spanish Omelet . Good taste and value for money . It comes with fresh shake and fresh fruits . Nice ambiance too!
Went here for brunch . Their Ruins longganiza and home made bacon were good. Start with kamote bread and goat cheese spread
The food was great. The atmosphere is welcoming and unique in that it feels outdoors despite being covered. Coffee was a bit cool though but it was also busy.
Must try meals are Shrimp Mango Curry , Sinigang with the Rattan stuff and Crispy Tapa (one of the best). Neapolitan and Albert's for dessert are good too!
Bagnet baguio and Pinikpikan are definitely a must try. And for my caffeine fix, I tried their Ruins coffee which hardly ruined my appetite.
The bagnet is extremely crispy and to die for. Other food porns include Strawberry shortcake , Rizal 's hot choco , Baguio Salad (make sure to request for add'l vinegrette)
Rizal 's Tsokolate is the BEST! forget about the ensaymada just a typical ensaymada around. Ernie's kamote bread with jam and butter
HUGE servings and really good coffee . Just make sure you make reservations because the place gets kind of packed during regular mealtimes.
Ruins' Fillet Mignon ... I do have a picky tongue when it comes to taste of food.. but this one is really good...????????
For BREAKFAST try: Rizal 's Tsokolate w Queso de Bola Ensaymada , Dark Bittersweet Chocolate , Basil Bread , Ernie's Is more Bread w Kesong Puti and Basil , Champorado
Line up early we got wait listed for around 30 minutes! Nevertheless the food was still great loved the salad and their bagnet . Lemonade was too sour though.
Their ensaymada runs out so fast! Also try their Cinnamon Roll and pair it wif their Chocomint drink. Yummy! :]
Ruins longganisa for breakfast is a must! ❤ We got here pretty early so we were the only table being served, lol. Service and food was great! ????
Baguio bagnet surely hit the right spots of my taste buds! A bit pricey but every peso is worth it ????
I like the ambience of the place. The food is ok. I tried Tia Olympia's fresh lumpia & was surprised by the serving. I like how the veggies were cooked but I think the sauce needs improvement.
Pricey but i always go here when im in baguio.. Love their hot chocolate and coffee .. Nice place to eat breakfast food !
Different menu set for breakfast and lunch . For first timers, browse thru the rest of the tips prior to ordering ;)
First time to try Ruin's Coffee , Cinnamon Rolls , and Chili Cheese Sticks , and I wasn't disappointed. Very delicious meals, and good ambiance. Try it!
Champorado (chocolate rice porridge ) and salabat (ginger tea ): warms the tummy as well as the soul :)
A must try, when in Baguio! Go for the selection of fresh breads , with one of their great spreads.
I always order the kesong puti salad . Super tasty and healthy too. Ask for their freshly baked breads paired with herbed cheese . Yum!
If you're budget conscious, this is not the right place to eat for lunch or dinner . Price range is P300-400 but the serving is only for one person. They have nice menu for breakfast or snacks though.
Cinnamon Rolls ... ummmm.. have a different taste but can compete to Starbucks's version ???? its delicous in short ????
After a delightful (organic ) dinner , the chocolate lava cake would be the perfect way to top it all off. (And the presentation is über cute , btw)
Order the Crispy Tapa . It's different and it comes with yummy bulalo soup ! I love their lemingrass tea with honey too!
Their Rizal 's Tsokolate-e..(Cacao drink with Carabao's milk ) the best tsokolate in town .
Must order the strawberry short cake here. Not too sweet, just enough for my taste bud. ????
Totally a must visit place in Baguio since the '90s! Kamote Bread & Fish Roe Pate & Pandan Lemon Grass Iced Tea --- Must Try!
Restaurant closes by 9pm and note that their infamous Strawberry Shortcake is NOT available all year round (like now. Boo!). The choco lava cake is a must try as well :)
their Ensaymada is not that good to my tastebuds.. my standard of a delicous ensaymada is the one from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf ???? sorry for this one... ????
The Mint tea & chocolate lava cake is to die for! More details soon over at www.milkcerealsandchips.com ;)
If you love to eat and have a passion with art , then, this place is right for you.
Love their version of turon with the twist and Pancit Palabok . The Best! For sure I'll comeback to taste it again! :) <3
Tried duck mami and was not so happy about it. Though the ambiance is great.
Try to visit this place if you want to have a cozy & relaxing ambiance while enjoying a cup of coffee . :)
There can be a bit of a wait for a table, but the experience is superb once you get a spot.
Try their salt and pepper lassi , strawberry juice , strawberry lassi , ginger fizz and fruits in season lassi
Another must try restau in baguio. The food's sooo good, the long line 's worth the wait. Bagnet and crispy tapa are love! ;)
Get the best seats in the house by the stone circle and Order their warm cup of Rizal Tsokolate or refreshing Pandan Lemon Grass to quench your thirst.
Must have lots of patience. We ordered bagnet and crispy tapa . Thumbs up!
Order the Palawan Chicken . The sauce is very flavorful and it has a kick to it due to the sili. Also try Pandan and Lemongrass Iced Tea .
